about us.

On these pages we will deliver latest tools, equipment and programs to help you lose fat and weight and look slim, fit and cool.

We like and recommend bicycles, free weights, high-intensity-interval-training, walking, running, and some more.

Exercising, moving your body, elevating your pulse rate and sweating while working-out are all good activities and produce good results for your body, health and longer life.

Cardio

Cardio exercise makes you sweat. It makes you breathe heavy. It might even mess up your hair. Love it or hate it, cardio helps you stay fit and healthy

Yoga

Yoga is often explained as system of postures and breathing techniques. More generally, various aspects of Yoga can help raise personal quality of life in fitness, stress relief, wellness, vitality, mental clarity, healing, peace of mind and spiritual growth

Weights

Weight training is a type of strength training for developing strength and size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity with weighted bars, dumbbells or weight stacks in order to oppose the force generated by muscles through concentric or eccentric contraction

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance moves.  Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training

Aerobics

Is any physical activity, like swimming, running or walking, that makes you sweat,  breathe harder, and increases your heart rate, which strengthens your heart , lungs and your cardiovascular system

Meditation

Simply,  a state of thoughtless awareness. Also, a profound and deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent, yet fully alert

Flexibility

Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles

Strength

Ability to create muscular tension – force development. We might recognize different degrees of force development, from the archetypical absolute maximal force . . . to extreme endurance

Toning

Muscle tone refers to ability of muscles to reflexively contract, resulting in firm body with muscular definition and shape. Requires increase in muscle tissue as well as low bodyfat to present definition and shape

Fitness Training

General fitness training works towards broad goals of overall health and well-being, rather than narrow goals of sport competition, larger muscles or concerns over appearance. A regular moderate workout regimen and healthy diet can improve general appearance markers of good health such as muscle tone, healthy skin, hair and nails, while preventing age or lifestyle-related reductions in health and the series of heart and organ failures that accompany inactivity and poor diet

Fitness Equipment

1

Dumbbells

There’s no piece of workout equipment that can make you feel more powerful and strong than a pair of dumbbells. Unlike exercise machines, dumbbells give you freedom of movement and force you to recruit more muscles at once. That’s why they’re the preferred choice for total-body workouts

2

Barbells

When it comes to strength training, a barbell is one heck of an effective tool. Sure, you could do bodyweight exercises from now until forever, but if you want to truly reach your strength potential—that is, your ability to move heavy stuff—you’ll want to use free weights

3

Kettle Bells

Kettlebells aren’t anything new, but their popularity in fitness circles continues to rise—and with good reason. When used correctly, kettlebells are extremely effective training tools for providing total-body strength and conditioning

4

Workout Bench

Weight benches allow you to lift heavy weight safely and reduce any risk of injury. You can use them with dumbbells, barbells, power racks, etc. Most benches can adjust according to the need and flexibility of the user. You can use them for variety of exercise, not just chest but also triceps, back and abs

We like Bicycles.

Best exercise piece of equipment (our opinion)

There’s nothing better than pedalling up a mountain, cruising along backwoods dirt roads, or flying through a flowy dirt jump lines.

Riding a bike is a proven stress re-leaser. Regardless of if you are riding purely for pleasure or for a specific purpose, such as to become more mindful about life, you will arrive at your destination feeling relaxed, energized and happier about the world and yourself

Types of Bycicles.

There are many. Way to many to mention them all. So, if we missed your favorite, send us your critics.
Road
Bikes

Fine frame, thin tires, short wheelbase and drop or flat handlebars. Light and designed for speed but not as structurally strong as a mountain bikes. Not for off road work, for paved streets only

Touring
Bikes

Good for long distances and carrying cargo. Bigger frame triangle and structurally stronger. Drop handlebars and more gears than road bikes. Lower gears useful to move load up hills

Mountain
Bikes

Comfortable sitting, cheaper than road bikes with certain status appeal.  Wide tires and suspension absorb shock, make for stable ride and handling of rugged terrain without falling apart

Comfort
Bikes

Cross between road and mountain bikes. Good riding on shorter paved routes. Slimmer frames and narrower tires, raised handlebars for comfy upright pose. Mostly for leisure, not as fast and as high gear range as mountain bikes

Cruiser
Bikes

Old style bikes, easy ride, commonly used for shopping, beach and general amble. Wide tires and seats, usually just one gear, best on flat terrain. Upright handlebars for good viewing of the world around you

Electric
Bikes

More popular with commuting people  who don’t want to arrive sweaty or out of breath. Powered by petrol or electric motors. More hybrid appearance and heavier than standard bicycles so harder to ride when engine is turned off
